WX-1200 Wet Dust Collector
The DiversiTech WX-1200 wet dust collector eliminates combustible dust fires and flammable sparks from your process, using cascading water to quench dangerous airborne particulate. In order to prevent excess humidity, the wet collector includes a mist eliminator after-filter to reduce the amount of water spray exhausted. The system forces particles through a series of baffles, submerging them into a turbulent vortex of water. After the dust is immersed in water, the material drains down into a water basin.
WX-3000 Wet Dust Collector
The DiversiTech WX-3000 stainless steel wet dust collector excels at capturing combustible/hazardous dust from your plant air. The 5HP blower draws air through DiversiTech’s proprietary water-tree baffle design, creating a cascading water effect that removes particles as small as 3 micron from the airstream.
The unit can be easily cleaned with an optional wet-vacuum, making routine service faster and easier. For applications where the dust generation is further away from the collector, empty downdraft tables or extraction arms are popular options.
WX-5000 Wet Dust Collector
The WX-5000 stainless steel wet dust collector extracts metal and other combustible contaminants from plant air. The interior of the wet collector contains strategically located baffles to wash water over airborne dust and redirect it into the water tank below. All Diversitech wet dust collectors are fabricated using stainless steel to ensure the equipment will last over the long term.
The collector can be ducted directly into an industrial machine such as a widebelt sander to extract combustible dust at its source. Diversitech’s Wet collectors are 99% efficient with particles 3 microns and larger. When dealing with sub-micron particulate, a HEPA after-filter is required to achieve the correct filtration efficiency.
WX-6500 Wet Dust Collector
The WX-6500 stainless steel wet dust collector provides a solution for the safe collection of combustible metal dust. These wet type dust collectors can also be used in applications too tough or unsuitable for traditional cartridge style dust collectors.
The wet collector continuously and violently intermixes water with the incoming airstream, separating dust using centrifugal force and trapping dust particles into water droplets. The mist eliminator filter prevents water vapor from leaving the exhaust. Finally the dust settles in the bottom of the collector as sludge where it can be cleaned out, separated and the water can be filtered and reused.

Typhoon Central Wet Dust Collector
The Typhoon stainless steel central wet dust collector provides powerful performance and high efficiency filtration to handle demanding wet dust collection applications. The collector’s design allows for minimal maintenance requirements and can be configured in a compact configuration or with a dust collection hopper.
The Typhoon wet dust collector incorporates an ultrasonic water level control system, allowing for continuous operations as the unit refills itself to the correct water level. The collector can be configured with CFM ranges of 8000, 10000 and 12000 CFM with external static pressure capabilities up 12” ESP. The stainless steel construction ensures that rust and corrosion are avoided for many years of dependable service.
AQE4000 Jet Dust Collector
This jet dust collector is a self-contained overhead cartridge system for use in source capture or ambient applications. Pulse jet cleaning system increases filter life and service interval making it ideal for heavy dust loading applications. Available options for this jet dust collector include 11′ and 14′ arms, hood mounted halogen light, source capture plenums, dust hopper, drum mounting kit, silencer and many more.
