The Diversitech DD 2×4 20″ Polyester Filter Cartridge 4-Pack is a precision-engineered industrial filtration component optimized for the DD 2×4 downdraft table system. Each cartridge incorporates MERV 11-rated spunbond polyester media, engineered for robust particulate capture efficiency targeting particles in the 1-3 micron range. The media’s electrostatically charged fibers enhance dust-loading capacity while maintaining low pressure drop, ensuring consistent airflow and operational efficiency. Designed with open-top gasket seals and closed-bottom bolt-hole end caps, the cartridges facilitate secure mounting and optimal air sealing within the filtration housing. Constructed for high durability, these filters withstand continuous operation up to 180℉ (82℃) and are compatible with compressed air pulse cleaning methods, allowing for effective maintenance and extended service life.
