How It Works
We Notify You of Your Upcoming Scheduled Ship Date
All service customers have a dedicated AFS service account manager that tracks customer’s maintenance schedule. One week before the next service due date, your account manager will reach out via email to coordinate the shipment of filters.
We Ship Clean Cells to Your Facility
Before being shipped, every cell is tested by an AFS technician to ensure proper working order. Electrostatic collection cells and mesh pre-filters are delivered to your facility in a custom designed leak resistant box. Boxes are designed to safely ship ground and are packaged and labeled with convenient handling in mind for your maintenance staff.
Your Team Swaps the Filters, Packages and Returns the Used Cells
Your shipment arrives with an accompanying packing list detailing the quantities of mist collector model type included in the service. Once the filter exchange has been completed, you repackage the dirty filters into the same boxes for return shipment to AFS.
We Clean the Cells and the Service Cycle Continues
Once the dirty filters are returned to AFS, they are washed, inspected and tested before being put back into circulation for service. Your account manager will reach out if there are any recommendations in a change of service frequency based on the condition of the filters. From there, the process rinses and repeats at the next due date.
