The FRED Sr. II Dual-Arm Portable Fume Extractor is a high-performance welding smoke extractor designed to eliminate smoke, dust, and fumes at the source. A powerful 5 HP blower delivers 2500 CFM, maintaining strong face velocity across two independently adjustable capture arms. Equipped with a MERV 15-rated Nanofiber filter, it captures particles as small as 0.5 microns, ensuring cleaner air in welding bays and other industrial environments. The unit features our patented ICS-360° Injection Self-Cleaning System, which enhances filter performance and longevity while simplifying maintenance, reducing downtime and overall ownership costs.
