The Tri-Mist® 1000 is a compact, high-efficiency air filtration unit designed for mist and smoke collection in precision metalworking environments, including CNC machining, EDM, and grinding. It employs a triple-pass electrostatic precipitation (ESP) system featuring solid-state, self-regulating power supplies and high-voltage collector cells operating at up to 20,000 volts/inch. This advanced configuration enables efficient capture of submicron aerosols and oil-based particulate without reliance on consumable filters. A multi-stage impingement and post-filtration setup further enhances contaminant removal. With airflow adjustable up to 1,000 CFM and energy consumption under 450 watts, the unit ensures optimal source capture performance, reduced maintenance, and compliance with OSHA and ASHRAE indoor air quality standards.
