Utilizing advanced electrostatic precipitation technology, it effectively captures submicron particles produced during machining processes like CNC machining, grinding, and EDM, ensuring superior air quality and system performance.

The MistBuster® High Efficiency Cell Replacement is a critical component designed to restore and enhance the performance of MistBuster® mist collectors, including models 500, 850, and 2000. This high-efficiency electrostatic cell utilizes advanced precipitation technology to capture submicron particles generated during machining operations such as CNC machining, grinding, and EDM.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Filtration Efficiency: Up to 99.6% on all submicron particles, as measured by independent lab tests in accordance with ASHRAE standard 52.2 at 1,000 CFM.
Application: Used in the second and third stages of MistBuster® 850 and 2000 models, or as the sole cell in a MistBuster® 500.
Design: Features a robust construction designed for durability and ease of maintenance.
