The Nederman FilterCart Advanced+ is a mobile source-capture system designed to protect workers from airborne welding fumes, dust, and other fine particulates. Engineered for flexibility and performance in maintenance shops, fabrication floors, and welding booths, it features a powerful yet quiet fan motor (620 CFM @ 73-dB(A)) and an integrated 6″ extraction arm with a 10 ft reach.

The unit includes a MERV 14-rated nanofiber filter, compliant with ASHRAE Standard 52.2, capable of removing over 95% of particles in the 1-3 micron range. For applications requiring more stringent filtration, such as stainless steel welding or enclosed spaces it can be upgraded with an optional HEPA H13 filter, which captures 99.95% of sub-micron particles.

Designed with OSHA’s general duty standards in mind, the FilterCart Advanced+ helps employers reduce worker exposure to hazardous airborne contaminants. The built-in filter status indicator alerts users when it’s time to replace the cartridge, supporting regular maintenance and consistent airflow. Its rugged, lightweight frame is easy to maneuver, making it ideal for small shops or high-mix, low-volume environments where flexibility is key.
